Add files timestamp in the File Manager $FMA messages #83

Currently the file name and the size is reported. Now that the correct timestamp has been implemented, it would be fine to have timestamps in $FMA,LST and $FMA,PRP messages too.

Timestamps added in $FMQ,LST (commit b5ee1cd) The timestamp must be added in $FMQ,PRP too.
