Updates to chapter 2 and full script file. #10

1) Add link to DeMorgan's Laws to chapter 2.

2) Remove false example from chapter 2.

3) Add table of contents to main script.

4) Recompile pdf of main script.

I changed chapter 2 as discussed on Friday. Christian, I checked your previous pull request again but did not find an alternate exercise to the one that asked to find the mistake in the now removed "wrong example". Therefore the exercise is gone without substitute.

Let me know if there is anything else to change. Otherwise please close your old pull request upon acceptance.

I was talking about another exercise 2.6, towards the end about the independent events, but it's included now. I'm fine with your changes thanks!
