Several changes to chapter 2 #8

1) Add labels to all definitions that indicate what is being defined.

2) Simplify eq. 2.4.

3) Create separate paragraph for proof of Inclusion-Exclusion principle.

4) Simplify definition of joint probability.

5) Mention DeMorgan's Laws when showing intersection in sample spaces.

6) Add that denominator must be >0 to definition of conditional probability.

7) Remove bogus claim about independence.

8) Add some more explanation to the proof of the binomial theorem.

9) Fix several typos and formatting issues.

10) Add chapter2_forInclude.tex

Hey Christian,

here are my proposed changes for the 2nd chapter. You can follow each of them in the pdf. Any additional things can be discussed tomorrow.

Ja parallel work, jemand muss jetzt die beiden pull requests mergen... Probably it's easier to accept yours, and then try to merge in my changes, as those can still be seen properly in a diff. In your case, they have disappeared because of the addition of the _forInclude.tex file
