Cannot place Blocks properly #8

I have a really weird problem... I cannot place blocks properly. When I try, my vanity armor slots disappear on my character and after a while it places it but gives me dirt back (actually the dirt appears out of thin air and it then gets replaced by the block trying to be placed).

Replacing and breaking blocks works.

yeah it seems like tml issue
