Follow React Component #34

User profiles will need to have a button that allows other users to follow/unfollow them.

[x] Create a button component that will later be used to follow users.
[x] The component should store a boolean that tells the system if a user is followed or not.
[x] If you are not following a user the button should display "follow".
[x] If you are already following a user the button should display "unfollow".
