also i found these cases, which seem to violate vowel harmony: кувчемгъогыргын 'wisdom' увэԓьыран 'kitchen' увэран 'hole in the ground for meat'

They certainly do look like VH violations. Note that in each case the violation is the sequence "ув". Chances are this is actually /əβ/ rather than /uβ/.

I (eventually) looked it up in the dictionary, aand found that 1) this wasn't some OCR issue; 2) "см. гываткок" makes me think that it really is ыв, because it can't be the result of deletion (or can it?)
