Provide makefile for ubuntu #31

Please, provide a makefile or .sh script for automating dependency installation in Ubuntu. It's pretty tiring to do it manually

I think just a deb package would be the right solution here. Also, for now I'd just advice you to use the Flatpak when it's available. See the other issue for reference: https://github.com/BasioMeusPuga/Lector/issues/5
