[Feature Request] Translate Text #73

It would be great if you add the functionality to translate text, whether it's the whole page, or the selected text. Personally I would like this feature to behave like this chrome extension:

When selecting the text, a pop-up window with the translation in the previously configured language is opened.

This should be doable. I'll just have to see what the UI for it would look like. Give me a bit.
