Fixing missing Connecticut FIPS codes and adding income_distribution #108

I have replaced the problematic 2022 age_composition dataset with the 2021 version that has proper FIPS codes for Connecticut. After that, I formatted exclusions.csv and ran the entire pipeline, which updated all the files by adding missing codes.

Additionally, I have added the income_distribution variable.
