Some raw data specifics (running away birds, times not staring at 0, and frames missing as result of subsampling, mostly) necessitated some function customization on the fly. Most of this has been cleaned up, there are a few cases left in the cpb module, as they aren't trivially backwards compatible. Deemed not worth the time work on it at the time of the paper release.
