Elm tracking birds #8

@rfl-urbaniak , this is my first pass at tracking some of my central park birds from this winter! The notebook formats the data in the format for your analyses (just birds -- in this video I'm not sure of food locations). The tracking could still use some work/cleaning, but if/when you have a chance, it'd be good to confirm that the data format works. For example, I could imagine it being challenging that birds come and go (each bird is not in every frame).
