Ru locust

Added example of inference on locust data. Start with running locally:

• locust_approximate_pipeline.ipynb in rhf_docs
• locust_approximate_inference.ipnb in the same folder

Then inspect the changed files on Git Hub (with some comments present) to take a look at all changes and upgrades required by this milestone.

It'd be nice to include a .yml file, or simple way to install all the required packages.
