Layout fixes, visual polishing

At first I intended to just fix a few minor layout issues, but things escalated quickly. Here's a summary:

Redesign level list items, add checkbox (and a cross when level is completed)
Redesign MainPage.qml title area, more info without clipping
Polish WinPage.qml layout, add player time
Round the grid square and grid cross, use the same style everywhere
Removed unnecessary elements from level grid, simplify layout
Replace "crosshair" with a magnifying glass stock icon
WinPage.qml is now Page instead of Dialog, so player can't go back to completed level

The version available in the Jolla Store isn't working at the moment, even though it is fixed in GitHub. Are you still maintaining Picross for Sailfish OS? If not, and it is OK for you, I could publish my fork...

PS Things have escalated quite a lot more and I have done a lot more work (not ready for pushing just yet...)

I decided to push my work. It's quite a major rewrite, and there are a lot of improvements all around.
