3 d Max export success, HTML files, only model, no load on the material

tsst_1.jpg:3d max  tsst_1.jpg: HTML files

My computer configuration：window 7 64bit;3d max 2012 64bit;vray2.00.03  2012 
64bit.

My mailbox:zms__5773303@126.com    I come from in china.

i have the same problem, my 3dsmax is chinese version.

What export settings are you using? Try configuring the exporter to either 
embed textures, or copy textures to the output folder if you haven't already.
