Describe the bug Sometimes downloading files and embedded thumbnails (> 1 sec per thumbnail) take super long (lots of VT_ERROR: 0x80070490 are thrown internal) Is there a way to avoid this?

I have the same problem with MediaDevice.DownloadFile.
