Update dependencies #6

This PR updates all dependencies except for serde and nalgbra because I did not feel totally comfortable in my skills to properly fix all the breaking changes that they introduced in serde v1.0 and nalgbra v0.11.

The testbed dependencies hadn't been updated in quite a while so there had been quite a number of breaking changes in the Piston libraries since the last update that required the testbed code to change quite a bit.

@Bastacyclop, I have switched back over to using matches for input detection and responded to your question about delta time. Let me know if you want any more changes or if you want me to squash my commits together with a rebase.
