This change removes the via keymaps. This both removes duplicate code, as the feature-rich keymaps are maintained in the userspace, and makes qmk's linter happy.
I've also added a small readme in each keyboard's keymaps directory linking to the matching vendor keymap in userspace as well as to the docs on compiling your own.
