Add user selectable Log file names as well as Logging on off button #17

User selectable Log file for Adaptronic is now working including on off switch , if filename is not changed and there is a existing log with the same name , the log will carry on in the same file .

Imlemented for Adaptronic and PowerFC PFC Headers only supported on FD3S for now
