Selectable dashboards in Settings #8

Add checkboxes to settings screen , for the user to manually select the dashboards that he wishes to be shown . Create the pages dynamically in swipeview (main.qml)

User selectable Dashboard Started , currently 3 Gauges are implemented . REV round Gauge , Speed Gauge Round , Half gauge Temp Metric , Half gauge Temp Imperial

Fueltech Dash is userdefinable via Text file UserDash.txt
