Remove Unused Interface Endpoints and Views

Due to the issue of #27 the following controller endpoints and views should be removed from the Server project source:

For AccountController.cs

• Keep Index() but remove logic to render a profile page.

We'll keep user registration, password resets, etc. in the server for now, but these functions may be best served outside of this host.
