Template $FIRSTNAME$ not set in new account e-mail verification because it's not known. #7

The e-mail verification template contains a $FIRSTNAME$ token to be replaced. It however is always empty because the current sign-up form does not request the user enter their name information.

Suggest removing the first name prompt and instead a friendly greeting about how the user account verification is almost complete.

I believe first name isn't necessary in this particular template so I'll remove.

looking into this, this should be addressed in the template in Bastille.Id.Core.

This is a duplicate and is now being handled in the Bastille.Id.Core project.
