How do I make Notskype work? #3

Hello I would like to know how I make Notskype work I am running it from Release, latest , bin I already installed the .NET framework but it does not load the only thing it loads is what is in the screenshot with my knowledge I tried to make it work, but it was a waste of time. Please could you tell me how to make it work

NotSkype is still in development, it can't be run yet. I'll publish fix later.
