In ff2 unoficial there was such a thing that backstabs didn't take extra lives, that means: if a spy backstabbed a boss with 500 hp in life (it only took that life) and he had 3 more lives of 500 then he didn't die

spawn a boss that have low hp and lives
backstab a boss, and the boss will instant die (lives will not stop dying)
