[Request] Add an option that makes bosses have the same cooldown effect applied on backstab/garden

Description

What the title says, we require that bosses (and minions) have the same cooldown effects applied on backstab or marked garden. Preferably this should be controllable with convar, with per config specific option like marked cooldown and backstab cooldown or using both methods.
