Adds File menu elements to mycroftproject.com (for downloading and creating/uploading search plugins) and to opensearch plugins generators from 7is7.com and ready.to.
Comments (not removed from code) 'New' submenu from File menu to add 'New folder' and 'New separator' elements to File menu directly.
Updates all locales for that changes not removing strings of 'New' menu element, removing one duplicate string and in case adjusting access keys of File menu.
Adds updated spanish locale on the same terms.
Grows 'Move to' dialog a bit to make it more usable without manually resizing it.
