Dialog for adding new engine is still broken

Even if the release info for version 1.7 March 12, 2011 says "the dialog for 
adding a search engine is no longer broken", it is still broken im ny browser.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go here http://mycroft.mozdev.org/search-engines.html?name=yahoo
2. Click on any search engine
3. A dialog with no text pops up.
4. If one clicks OK, nothing happens. The Cancel button seems to work though, 
and it closes the dialog.

What do you expect to happen? What do you see instead?
I expected the engine to be added.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system and Firefox 
version? What other add-ons are you using?
