refactor eos to add dependencies for postprocess

Changes

• separate EOS postprocessing to a separate script
• add functionality for job dependencies
• add functionaility in EOS to read separate calculator files for different parts of the workflow
• added a load job from directory command

• didn't add any new tests.

Yeah, the EOS feels like a contrived example, but I was using it because it was easy to use and quick to iterate on for adding in job dependencies.
