Major changes in interface

  1. Changed wording of script -> asimmodule
  2. Significantly increased functionality in sim_array
  3. More tests
  4. Significantly more examples, and descriptions as well as scripts to run examples
  5. Use of relative paths in asimmodules is now more robust.
