Verified this bug again yesterday, the short-term solution is to recreate an account as this bricks the harvester page for the user. I believe the next steps are to remove the delete button from the harvesters as it isn't currently possible to remove the harvester from the backend.
Describe the bug The attached screenshot summarises the bug when trying to delete a harvester monitored path.
