Harvester import failed on some .mpr files #119

Describe the bug Some .mpr files in the datashare fail to import into galvanalyser. Doing a force reimport doesn't seem to solve the issue. A possible differnce between these files is that they have associated .mpt files or .rpv files in the database, but I have not gone through every one to check for this.

Here is a screenshot of what an example looks like on the galv front end: image

To see this error inspect the JoeRoss monitored path on galvanalyser, you can view the import failed files and also try a force reimport.

Not sure if these files are too big, just got unlucky, or if there is a specific edge case associated with them that galv hasn't handled.

@BradyPlanden and I tracked this issue to #120 so it needs to be solved outside of Galv.
