The new campaign settings screen with difficulty, funds, iron man mode etc. ends with a 'Start' button, but there's still a next screen with all the map settings (towns factions etc) and new campaign settings (dynamic perks world econ etc.).
This is confusing for some, as it suggests settings end before the last settings screen, and instead starting their campaign.
I suggest to change the 'Start' button to another 'next'
Additionally, the next setting screen there ends with a 'save' button. I suggest its changed to 'Start' or 'Save and start'
