Charm shouldn't work on Vala Warden #95

Well, looking at the code, the Charm skill cannot be used on a target with morale state Ignore, so it shouldn't work on the Vala warden. Are there any credible reports of the vala warden being charmed by a Hexe? If yes, then what version are these from and please link me to the report @TheCutestSkinghoul.
