[BUG] Apparently the onRemoved function of the perks such as Tool Drawers and Spare Parts is called BEFORE the perk is removed and hence the modifiers calculated for the player party won't be properly updated upon removing the perk. Possible solution is to set the perk to garbage and check for isGarbage in the calculate modifiers function
