Create way to customize download links

When user is organizing a tournament and selecting maps via the ForgeHub API system, it will populate their tournament map pool. While this is a great feature, perhaps the download link for tournament play is different than the one associated with the map page on forgehub. This happens a lot because competitive settings are usually different from casual settings.

Tournament organizers need a way to modify the download links associated with the map pages on forgehub. That way when the download link is displayed for the map on BattlePro, it will be able to direct the user to the competitive version of the map.

Solution:

• Create a way for tournament organizers to customize the download link for maps that are selected through the ForgeHub map library.
• This will not affect the experience on ForgeHub in any way. Map Authors do not need to worry about competitive map links being seen on their page on ForgeHub. The new download link will only be experienced on BatttlePro.

@Ian-Hitt all of the map data should get cached in the tournament, and includes the download link so you should be able to do this already

I don't quite understand this. @JakeBooher if you do, then we'll need some clarity but for now moving to ice box.

@mikecreuzer I believe he just wants a Download button on BattlePro tournaments that use a map from ForgeHub.
