Game Leaderboards Page Enhancements

Create page when user is on the 'leaderboards' listing page and selects a game through the filter options to narrow results to a specific game. We will call this page 'Game Leaderboards'. This page will focus on a single game like Halo 5, Call of Duty: WWll, etc. Please make this page look like the concept below:

@Ian-Hitt we will need a concept of filtering for leaderboards. I believe we only have global at the moment, so we'll need to keep track of stats per game-type.

@JakeBooher is this going to require a data structure change or is this something we can add later?

We'll need to store, from the mockup:

• [ ] country
• [ ] earnings

And then create leaderboards for each game and game type.
