Standardize all input names to sentence case #229

When users create a tournament please capitalize the words in this section so it spells:

"Require Entry Fee" and opposed to "Require entry fee"

Across the site we use sentence case for features. In fact tournament name is supposed to be 'Tournament name' -> this is what most tech sites do these days. It used to be capitalize case but no longer. Re-open if you disagree, but we'd find these issues all over the site not just this one.

I'm not sure what the new trends are but my head wants to keep the formatting more uniform. I would read the formatting of 'Tournament Name' and then expect the same for 'Entry Fee' or 'Require Entry Fee'.

What Im saying is that we would need to do this everywhere, not just here. So its probably not a worthwhile use of time at the moment. Something we can standardize later. For now, its actually correct. Sentence case is used by almost all software companies.
