A company called 'Guilded' recently raised 3.2 million in Sept. of 2017. Their chat system between players / teams is primarily focused on Discord integration. Bots seamlessly send information and updates to a teams personal Discord channel making it super convenient to receive messages without needing to login to our platform. I believe this type of information delivery is more effective than email notification and would love to focus on this moving forward.
