Teams Can Not Deny Applications

When a user applies to a team they are placed in 'Application Pending' status. The owner / captain of the Team receiving the application is not able to deny it and an Error Report is produced.

Repro:

• Login as user 'cardboart'
• View Team Page and then access 'Manage Members'
• Click on the trash can icon in Pending Applications
• View Error Report
• View 'Manage Members' page and see 'Warholic' is still listed as an applicant.
