RSEs in Libraries always load into a roster, even if "Import root entries" box is unchecked. #140

Example: 40k repo, IG-lib branch. AM-Library is loaded into FW Elysians. The import root entries box is unchecked, and the specifically required SSEs are linked to RSEs in Elysian cat. Screen Shot 2020-02-22 at 12 06 14 AM Screen Shot 2020-02-22 at 12 05 29 AM Screen Shot 2020-02-22 at 12 12 12 AM

I'm assuming this behavior is unintended.

I've just tried this (using the data in the 40k "AM lib bug" branch) on both mac and windows using v2.03.12, and I don't seem to be able to reproduce the issue...

strange - it definitely was happening lol - I did circumvent the issue by removing the RSEs in the library anyway. so I guess fixed? lol

Turned out there was a problem, and it's fixed: https://github.com/BattleScribe/Release/issues/173
