This input form should be rendered with the game component. Possible containing an h3 titled games

• [ ] h3 title description of action or just generically moves
  • [ ] two different views basic on game phase (placing ships or firing)
  • [ ] input field(s) accepting two character inputs with onChange checker
  • [ ] validation text box that updates with input fields displaying errors
  • [ ] a submit that runs onSubmit which will ulitmately displace an action in the game component container
