Bug: Company Limits #162

Describe the bug Some company types allow > 40 units in a company, which is not allowed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. For example, pick the artillery company type
  2. Add units until more than 40 units

Expected behavior Even when different categories allow more units in total than 40, it should not be possible to add more units than the 40 unit cap.

Should be fixed with the improved implementation of company types.
