Compiler/App

[x] Z-Coordinate is inverted when spawning ingame.
[x] Cost of units is not updated correctly, according to phase etc.
[x] Transports are not locked to the command phase.
[x] Defence elements are unlimited.
[x] Better visuals on company unit phase (Replace 'I' with rally icon)
[x] Explain colours and show how many are in each role.
[x] Show how much is available for the defence element.
[x] Visually show with colours how many defence elements are available.
[x] Add an iterator for fetching large arrays from the server.
[x] Removing line elements does not remove the entire line visually.
[x] Set rally point cannot be set again once unset.

Tuning/Defences

[x] Missing German Teller Mines.
[x] Missing German Concrete Bunker.
[x] Missing Soviet Mines.
[x] German Tank Traps (Hedgehogs) do not have a proper size defined.

Gamemode

[x] Spawned defender units don't get registered with the supply system.
[x] Defence elements spawned in a line hover.
[x] Point ticker goes down too fast.
[x] Allow AI to spawn units indefinitely (and assume always AI support when playing against AI).
[x] Fix Scar issues related to new compiler output.
