IndexError #58

when i run zoomdl -u {ULR} -p {password} -v 0 command this "IndexError: list index out of range" shows and stops

Same! Had to roll back to an older version.

This is probably due to #57 (and the lack of a serious testing bench). Thanks for reporting. Glad to hear the previous version works, I'll look at that as soon as possible.
