Distance checks rely upon absolute magnitude instead of path distance #79

As reported by Harkonnen, units can punch/kick/physical attack beyond walk distance when the absolute distance between them is within walk distance, but the path distance goes further. See the attached images for examples; note how the path winds around the spire of rock, but the absolute distance between them is low.
