Better MechLab Vehicle support #193

i need next thing - if mechdef opened in mechlab have chassis with fake_vehicle_chassis tag ME should hide right, left and center torso widgets. Titles on rest should be renamed by next pattern

  1. left arm -> front
  2. right arm -> rear
  3. left leg -> left side
  4. right leg -> right side
  5. head -> turret if head have 0 max armor and 1 structure it should be hided too

It would be nice if you also change positions of localtions widgets accordinally. Eg turret to center, front to up, read to down etc

actual location changes aren't done yet

I wont change the locations without knowing the sizes that are aimed for, closing in the meantime
