  1. default crits per slots
  2. some random table support, best would be like via categories + random flag for max support

current criticals:
effectData.targetingData.effectTriggerType == EffectTriggerType.Passive
effectData.targetingData.effectTargetType == EffectTargetType.Creator

weapon criticals maybe:
effectData.statisticData.TargetCollection == TargetCollection.Weapon
