Regarding #1: I don't think that falls within our scope to be honest, but might 
be worth discussing.

Regarding #2: you'd like to automatically hide the gadget and only be (fully) 
visible on mouseover?

Probably YES
Always on Top is enabled When
Temporarily conceal the Gadget
