home page on belizebotanic could be moved to bauble.io #188

there's a nice home page on belizebotanic.org, a bit outdated but quite nice. it could be used at bauble.io, instead of the current redirect to github. the idea comes from @RoDuth: »A lot of people that aren't the computer type (e.g. plant geeks) don't find GitHub very inviting and the old web page that Brett has at Belize BG is OK but terribly outdated. Maybe you need a central Bauble web site with links to the downloads, the documentation, GitHub, the newsletter, readthedocs, a reports template repository, etc. etc.? You could even ask people to write up their experiences and have a few case studies etc. make it look professional?«

@brettatoms ... I'm copying data from the old bauble page on belizebotanic.org/bauble to bauble.github.io, but the old page is still there. you have ways to replace it with a redirect? I've already mirrored all the content and I will update it before/while I publish it on bauble.github.io. maybe better "while" I do that, so you can safely put the redirect and if I am slow in updating, readers will just get the old page and not even notice the difference!
