who is the person behind a Sentry users in events? #202

I'm getting some Sentry events, coming from the user server_name = WyseChoice, and I do not know how to contact them because I do not know who they are. this is going to happen more often, as the Bauble user base grows. an email Tag could be added to the event, which could be taken from the institution data.

maybe: if there's no email address in the institution data when the Sentry handler is initialized, then the Sentry handler is disabled and a warning is issued, with the option to open the institution editor and correct the situation.

Bauble should clearly inform that the email address is included in reports to the optional Sentry handler.

when someone registers their installation, we have an association server/institution. enough for considering this solved.
