cannot import a json export I just created #270

I'm copying a database content from sqlite to postgresql and I'm having all sort of trouble with the json import tool, not willing to understand the newly generated json export.

for one: if anything happens at any stage the whole implicit transaction is rolled back and the program does not notice it. I think we better commit/rollback imports one at a time.
